Doors and Frames: Rochester Door Supplier maintains a stringent policy against accepting returns for material received as ordered, unless explicitly authorized. Custom, modified, or previously installed products are deemed non-returnable. Stock frames and doors may be eligible for return if unaltered. Kindly contact us for a Return Authorization (RGA) number before initiating the return process.
Missing or Incorrect Items: Report any discrepancies within the first 48 hours. Promptly get in touch with us to resolve any issues.
Changes and Cancellations: Alterations or cancellations must be reported within the initial 24 hours. Beyond this timeframe, approval is a prerequisite, and additional charges may apply. Order cancellations for custom or modified orders will incur charges at the full quoted price, excluding shipping.
Claims for Shortage or Damage: All claims must be lodged within ten (3) days of goods receipt.
Frames, Louvers, and Hardware: Returns for ordered material are not entertained unless authorized. Some products are crafted to order and, consequently, non-returnable. Rochester Door Supplier extends full refunds exclusively for products in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Locks, Cylinders, and Keyed Alike Hardware: Regrettably non-returnable or refundable.
Return Authorization: It is essential to contact us for a Return Authorization number before initiating any returns. Ensure the RA number is conspicuously displayed on the outer packaging.
Refunds: Refunds for returns are credited to the original payment method post a meticulous product inspection. Kindly allow a window of 5-7 days for this process. Products not meeting resalable conditions won't be eligible for credit.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
Resalable Condition: The item must be in a condition suitable for resale, free from damages or signs of wear.
Scratch and Defect-Free: The item must be free from scratches, defects, or any visible imperfections.
Installation Status: The item must not have been installed or used in any way.
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging.
Completeness: The item must not be missing any pieces or components originally included.
